Crispy Tofu

  • 1 egg tofu
  • Some plain flour
  • 1 egg + a pinch of salt (mix well)
  • Some breadcrumbs
  • Cut the egg tofu into small cubes
  • Dip the egg tofu in the plain flour first, then dip it into egg liquid
  • Next, dip the egg tofu in breadcrumbs evenly.
  • Let the egg tofu to sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the egg liquid.
  • Spray or spread some cooking oil on the tray of the air fryer
  • Put the egg tofu cubes into the air fryer and spray some cooking oil on the surface of the egg tofu
  • Fry it at 200 Celcius for 13 minutes.
